By voting in the awards you accept these terms and conditions.
To validate your vote, you must fill in your details as requested and click the 'Submit' button. If you have any questions about voting, please e-mail us at [email protected] with "Shares Awards" in the subject line. By submitting your vote and email address you give permission for Shares Magazine to email you about these awards and any other awards AJ Bell Media Ltd may run. Neither your personal details nor email address will be passed onto any third parties.
Only one entry is permitted per person. Entries must be completed and submitted electronically by the individual who is voting. AJ Bell Media Ltd reserves the right to confirm the legality of votes by electronic means and/or by direct contact with the voter. Shares Awards reserves the right to discount votes if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that fraudulent and/or bulk votes have been cast in a manner designed to manipulate the outcome of the voting process.
Employees of AJ Bell Media Ltd, Shares Magazine, MoneyAM or its group companies may not vote.

Shares Awards Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
The 'Win an iPad' (32GB with Wi-Fi) prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 and over.
Employees AJ Bell Media Ltd its group companies or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize draw may not enter the Prize draw.
By entering the Prize draw you are accepting these terms and conditions.
To enter the Prize draw, you must fill in your details as requested above and click the 'Submit' button. If you have any questions about how to enter or in connection with the Prize draw, please e-mail us at [email protected] with "Win an iPad" in the subject line.
Only one entry is permitted per person.
The closing date and time of the Prize draw is Midnight on 6th September 2016. Entries received after that date and time will not be considered.
One winner will be drawn at random and will win an Apple iPad, Wi-Fi, 32GB.
The winners will be notified by AJ Bell Media Ltd by email within one month of the closing date for entries. If a winner does not respond to AJ Bell Media Ltd within 7 days of being notified, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and AJ Bell Media Ltd shall be entitled to select another winner (and that winner will have to respond to the email from AJ Bell Media Ltd within 7 days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and AJ Bell Media Ltd shall be entitled to select another winner.
The prize cannot be exchanged or transferred by you and cannot be redeemed by you for cash or any other prize. You must pay all other costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.
We retain the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event that the original prize offered is not available.
We take no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.
No purchase is necessary.
By entering the prize draw competition, each winner is consenting to taking part in any publicity that may accompany or result from this promotion.

Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason (including termination of any free trial), you shall immediately discontinue use of the Website and the Services.
The restrictions set out in this Agreement shall survive the termination of this Agreement for any reason.

This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with and governed by English law and the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
