The objective of the Fund is to provide investors with an indirect investment exposure to a diversified, multi sector portfolio of commercial property assets throughout the UK. The Fund seeks to achieve investment returns from the sector by placing particular emphasis on relatively high income returns, strong stock selection and active management of assets.
Chris Morrogh is a Director and Fund Manager for Threadneedle Property Investments. He has been responsible for the Threadneedle Property Unit Trust since Threadneedle Property Investments took over as managers of the trust in 1998. He also manages the Threadneedle Strategic Property Unit Trust and is the Joint Fund Manager for the Threadneedle UK Property Trust. He started his career as a surveyor with Prudential Portfolio Managers Limited then moved to Kemsley Whiteley & Ferris as an investment surveyor. Chris joined Allied Dunbar Property Fund's in 1992 as an investment surveyor to the Zurich Assurance Ltd AL Property Fund. He graduated with a BA in Land Economy from Cambridge University and then qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1989. Chris is also an associate member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and sits on the Management Committee of the Association of Real Estate Funds.
