IG Seismic Services PLC ("IGSS" or the "Company", LSE: IGSS), the leading pure-play land and transition zone seismic company in Russia and the CIS and one of the largest land seismic companies globally, announced the results of 2016 Annual General Meeting (AGM), held at the Company's office at Arch. Makariou, III, 2-4 Capital Business center, 9th floor, 1065, Nicosia, Cyprus on 05 September 2016, 11.00 a.m.


A quorum of the shareholders was present at the AGM.


Resolutions passed:

1.   Consolidated Financial Statements of the Company prepared in accordance with the IFRS as of and for the year ended 31 December 2015, including Directors' Report and Auditor's Report, were approved;

2.   PricewaterhouseCoopers was appointed as an external auditor of the Company for the year 2016;

3.   Appointment of Yury Gilts as Executive Director was approved.
