Re: Resignation & Appointment of Directors


The Directors of Haussmann General Partner (the "General Partner"), the General Partner of the Fund wish to announce the resignation of Mr. Evrard Bordier from the Board of Managers of the General Partner, for business reasons, with effect from 14th August, 2015.


The Managers of the General Partner also wish to announce the appointment of Mr. Grégoire Bordier as an Independent Manager of the General Partner, with effect from 15th August, 2015.

Grégoire Bordier


Mr. Grégoire Bordier joined Bordier & Cie, Private Bankers in Geneva, at the beginning of 1997 and heads the bank's research and marketing department, as well as new business development. Prior to joining Bordier & Cie, Mr. Grégoire Bordier worked for the Credit Suisse First Boston Group as a merger & acquisition specialist. In both New York and London, he focused on merger & acquisition of financial institutions, in particular asset management companies. Before joining Credit Suisse First Boston, Mr. Grégoire Bordier worked for several years with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette's merchant banking group.


Mr. Grégoire Bordier graduated with a Master of Arts in Economics from Geneva University and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth, USA. Mr. Grégoire Bordier is active with various organisations and leads the presidency of the Swiss Private Bankers Association.


Grégoire Bordier has never:


(i)   had any unspent convictions in relation to indictable offences; or

(ii)  been a director of any company or partnership which, while he was a director with an executive function or partner at the time of or within the 12 months preceding such events, been declared bankrupt, went into receivership, liquidation, administration or voluntary arrangements; or

(iii) been subject to any official public incrimination and/or sanctions by statutory or regulatory authorities (including designated professional bodies); or been disqualified by a court from acting as a director of a company or from acting in the management or conduct of affairs of any company.


The above mentioned changes were not previously disclosed to the Irish Stock Exchange due to an administrative oversight.
