By voting in the awards you accept these terms and conditions.

To validate your vote, you must fill in your details as requested and click the 'Submit' button. If you have any questions about voting, please e-mail us atĀ mediasupport@ajbell.co.uk with "Shares Awards" in the subject line. By submitting your vote and email address you give permission for Shares Magazine to email you about these awards and any other awards AJ Bell Media Ltd may run. Neither your personal details nor email address will be passed onto any third parties.

Only one entry is permitted per person. Entries must be completed and submitted electronically by the individual who is voting. AJ Bell Media Ltd reserves the right to confirm the legality of votes by electronic means and/or by direct contact with the voter. Shares Awards reserves the right to discount votes if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that fraudulent and/or bulk votes have been cast in a manner designed to manipulate the outcome of the voting process.

Employees of AJ Bell Media Ltd, Shares Magazine, or its group companies may not vote.

The Promoter of the Awards is AJ Bell Media whose address is 49 Southwark Bridge Road, London SE1 9HH.

General Terms and Conditions of Website Use

These General Terms and Conditions, together with the documents referred to below (the Agreement) tells you the terms and conditions on which you may make use of the Shares Awards Website (the Website). If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement you must not use the Website.

THE PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT DO NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER.

11. Termination

You may terminate this Agreement at any given time, which may be communicated to us by email to mediasupport@ajbell.co.uk. In the event that you should choose to cancel this.

Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason (including termination of any free trial), you shall immediately discontinue use of the Website and the Services.

The restrictions set out in this Agreement shall survive the termination of this Agreement for any reason.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with and governed by English law and the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
