Chariguard UK Equity Fund is a Common Investment Fund that invests in UK equities. As an index tracking fund, its objective is to produce returns in line with the FTSE AllShare Index.
Prior to joining RCM in 1987, Rupert worked for Schroders from 1979 to 1985, managing UK pension funds and charities. He then joined Scimitar as head of pension fund investments. At RCM, Rupert initially looked after a range of pension funds and charities as subsequently became involved with quantitative products, being responsible for the launch of the Chariguard Common Investment Funds. Rupert received his MA from Cambridge University and also qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Peat Marwick Mitchell.
