The objective is to provide income. The Manager seeks to achieve this by investing in an international portfolio of interest-bearing securities mainly issued by governments, including those issued or backed by the UK Government.
Sujay is a fund manager in the global rates and money market team. He was previously at Goldman Sachs where he traded fixed income, developing relative value strategies within G10 interest rate markets and undertaking macro views across liquid asset classes. Before this Sujay worked for seven years at the Bank of England where he held several positions in the markets division ranging from financial market economist to senior portfolio manager on the reserves management team. Sujay has a MSc in Finance and Economics from the London School of Economics and has completed all three levels of the CFA exams.
