To deliver a positive absolute return on a rolling 12 month basis, regardless of the prevailing stock market environment, by taking both long and synthetic short positions. This aim, however, is not guaranteed and it may not always be possible to achieve positive absolute returns over a rolling 12 month period, or over any period of investment. Consequently, investors’ capital may be at risk.
