The Fund aims to provide capital growth, that is, to increase the value of investor's investment, over a minimum of 5 years. However, there is no certainty this will be achieved. The Fund will be actively managed, which means the Investment Manager decides which investments to buy and sell and when. It will invest at least 70% in other funds and investment trusts (collectively “Investment Funds”). This could include other Investment Funds managed by the Authorised Corporate Director or the Investment Manager. Through these Investment Funds, the Fund will have exposure to at least 80% in shares of companies (equities), in any geographic sector.
