The Fund’s aim is to provide investors with a global portfolio comprising in the main 50% investment in UK companies and 50% investment in overseas companies, with the aim of enhanced capital growth over a medium to long term period.
David heads up Henderson’s multi-strategy equities team, responsible for absolute return, equitised long-short and enhanced index portfolios.Prior to joining Henderson in 2002, David spent a total of 8 years at Portfolio Partners, initially based in Melbourne, where he was a founding partner with responsibilities including Australian enhanced index equities, equity derivatives and high yield fixed income. David was then seconded to Aviva in London following Norwich Union’s acquisition of Portfolio Partners. Previous to Portfolio Partners, David held the position of Associate Director at County NatWest Investment Management, Melbourne, where he stayed for 3 years. Here he was responsible for equities and equity derivative trading as well as quantitative research. David holds an honours degree in Commerce from the University of Melbourne, Australia.
Claire Seanor, is the Team Leader, Global Passive & Support. Claire graduated from Edinburgh University with a BCom (Hons) in Business Studies and Economics. She begun her career in 2000 for Middlebury Capital Partners as a Risk Analyst until she joined Henderson Global Investors in 2001 in the same role. She is now Team Leader of Global Passive and Support, and Fund Manager for Emerging Market Equities. Claire became a CFA charterholder in 2003.
Claire Orme joined Henderson Global Investors in 2001 as a Risk Analyst. Her career began in 2000 with Middlebury Capital Partners, also as a Risk Analyst. In 2004 she became Fund Manager for Multi-Strategy Equities. Claire graduated with an honours degree in Business Studies and Economics from the University of Edinburgh. She is also a CFA Charterholder.
