The fund aims to provide long-term capital growth by investing in UK and Irish smaller company shares.
Rob joined Henderson in 2011, following Henderson’s acquisition of Gartmore, as Director of UK Smaller Companies. Having initially started his career at Coutts & Co in 1986 working within the investment department as an assistant fund manager, he left in 1996 to join Singer & Friedlander where he continued to manage a large book of high net worth discretionary clients. Rob is a member of the Securities Institute.
Adam joined Henderson in 2011 as part of the Gartmore acquisition. Prior to this, Adam had worked at Gartmore for over a decade, and was appointed Head of the Gartmore UK Smaller Companies team in September 2010 with responsibility for all UK Small Cap Retail, Investment Trusts and Institutional mandates. Adam has a Bachelor in Politics and Economics, a PhD in International Relations, and is a HOLT CFR0I specialist with a particular interest in behavioural finance.
