Christopher Paine joined Henderson Global Investors in 2000 as a Quantitative Analyst on the Economics and Strategy Team. After developing a range of tactical asset allocation models and helping to manage the firm's various balanced portfolios, Christopher became a Director, Asset Allocation and a member of the Global Policy Committee setting Henderson-wide asset allocation. Following the reorganisation of Henderson's balanced and multi-manager business, Christopher joined the newly formed Multi-Asset Team to continue setting asset allocation for Henderson's range of institutional multi-asset products and input into retail multi-manager funds. Christopher joined from NPI Asset Management where he was also a Quantitative Analyst, reporting on asset allocation risk, assisting in asset allocation, and providing economic and strategic analysis for the Chief Strategist. Prior to that, he worked for William M. Mercer. Christopher graduated from Brunel University with a BSc (Hons) in Economics and Business Finance; he is a member of UKSIP and holds the IIMR certificate and the Investment Management Certificate.
Paul O'Connor joined the Multi-Asset team in 2013 from Mercer, where he was Head of Asset Allocation (EMEA), responsible for asset allocation across all client portfolios in the region. He was also the lead manager on the Mercer Diversified Growth Fund. He joined Henderson to focus on asset allocation in the Multi-Asset team, with a particular focus on the Diversified Growth funds.
