The fund aims to provide investors with a total return consistent with a balanced UK commercial property portfolio. It will invest primarily in the main UK commercial property sectors (offices, retail, industrial, warehousing and leisure). The fund may also hold investments in property related equities, gilts and cash. A 'bricks and mortar' fund that invests in property offering a steady and rising income coupled with the potential for long-term capital growth.
Michael has been with Canada Life Investments since 1986. As our Property Investment Director he devises the annual investment strategy for UK and Ireland property funds and leads the investment acquisition programme in finding suitable product to match the requirements of each individual fund. Michael is a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
