MGC Pharmaceuticals Ltd - Perth, Australia-based medicinal cannabis - Reports that Nadya Lisovoder sold 22.1 million shares at an average price of A$0.055, worth A$1.2 million, about £636,500, in three transactions on the Australia Stock Exchange in September last year. In May, Lisovoder had sold her pharmaceutical research business MediCaNL Inc to MGC, and the shares sold in September were part of the consideration shares she had received. They were sold to coverage capital gains tax related to the sale of MediCaNL, MGC says.
