Primary Health Properties PLC said on Friday it acquired a newly refurbished clinical facility in Surrey, England for £7 million.

The London-based health care facility investor said the acquisition is accretive to the portfolio’s weighted average unexpired lease term and increases its assets to 522 with a contracted rent roll of £141 million.

The property is let on a 20-year full repairing and insuring lease to the Surrey & Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. The national health service trust will mainly provide drug and alcohol rehabilitation services from the building, Primary Health Properties explained.

Shares in Primary Health Properties were up 0.7% at 149.30 pence on Friday morning in London.
