Bank of Cyprus Holdings PLC - Strovolos, Cyprus-headquartered financial services firm - At annual general meeting, Maksim Goldman and Michael Heger have not been re-elected to the bank’s board, due to shareholders voting overwhelmingly against their reappointment.

Arne Berggren was re-elected, however the bank notes that 28% of shareholders voted against the appointment. Bank of Cyprus says it will engage with shareholders on the matter.

All other resolutions at the AGM were passed.
