Henry Boot PLC - Sheffield, England-based builder and property developer - Notes its joint venture with subsidiary Henry Boot Developments Ltd, HBD X Factory, won a development contract with the Cheltenham Borough Council. It will deliver the first phase of the council’s £1 billion Golden Valley Development in Cheltenham. The first phase will see the delivery of a mixed-use community.
