SDI Group PLC - Cambridge-based medical technology firm - Acquires UK manufacturer of sterilisers and decontamination equipment LTE Scientific Ltd for around £4.2 million.
Acquisition price includes £1.7 million of freehold property, and is expected to be enhancing in the current year.
