Redcentric PLC - Harrogate, England-based IT service provider - Says Nick Bate no longer wishes to put himself forward for re-election at the upcoming AGM. Bate will step down from the board and from his position of chair immediately following the AGM on September 26. Accordingly, resolution two is withdrawn. Additionally, Redcentric intends to appoint Richard McGuire as independent non-executive chair. He will be joining the board and assuming his position on September 27. McGuire is currently the non-executive chairman of GYG Ltd and the executive chairman of Sportech Ltd.

HSS Hire Group PLC - Manchester, England-based tool and equipment hire - Says that Senior Independent Director Amanda Burton is to step down after nine years at HSS, with effect from October 1. The search for a new independent non-executive director is underway and a further update will be provided in due course.

Accsys Technologies PLC - London-based wood building products manufacturer - Names Sameet Vohra as chief financial officer and a member of the board of Accsys, with effect from September 30. Vohra most recently served as CFO of Sureserve Group PLC and has previously held positions including CFO of Science Group PLC. Hans Pauli, currently serving as interim CFO, will step down on September 30 and take the position of managing director of the Arnhem plant.

Anglo-Eastern Plantations PLC - producer of palm oil and rubber across Indonesia and Malaysia - Promotes Kevin Wong Tack Wee to group chief executive officer, effective October 1. Wong joined the group as deputy group chief operating officer in January 2024, where he has driven ‘operational excellence across the business’.
