Foresight Environmental Infrastructure Ltd - Guernsey-registered environmental infrastructure investment fund with a portfolio of assets located across the UK and Europe - Completes sale of its portfolio of operational rooftop solar assets to AtmosClear Investments for total of £21.2 million. After the disposal, the company’s solar exposure will consist of 11 ground-mounted solar parks across five investments in England and Wales, which make up around 13% of its overall portfolio by value.

Chair Ed Warner says: ‘We are pleased with this sales agreement which has provided us with substantial funds from a non-core, low yielding asset. Capital allocation remains a key priority for the board, and proceeds will be used to strengthen our balance sheet through a further reduction in debt.’

Current stock price: 76.35 pence each, down 0.7% on Tuesday morning in London
