Peel Hotels has lifted its FY pretax profit to GBP993,607, from GBP959,403. Revenue was GBP17.0m, from GBP16.5m. The comparative period included a GBP159,061 fair value gain on a derivative, versus nil in the just-finished year.
"Our results continue to improve on the back of Revpar growth and a lessening overall cost of finance due to sustained repayment of debt," the company said in a statement.
"Our cash resources allow continued investment in our product and this gives us confidence for future growth in the current year.
