Sophos Group plc ("Sophos" or the "Company") announces that the jury in the lawsuit brought by Finjan, Inc (Finjan) asserting certain patent claims against Sophos has found that the Company infringed on five of Finjan's patents, and has awarded Finjan a one-time damages payment of $15 million. This verdict represents the next step in an ongoing legal process and Sophos is considering all options including an appeal of the verdict.
