Billing Services Group's revenues fell to $16.2 million in the six months to the end of June - down from $18.8 million a year ago.
EBITDA fell to $3.0m from $3.3m and net income of $3.4m was down from $6.0m last time.
Chief executive Norman M. Phipps said: "The first half earnings were in line with expectations. As expected, overall revenues declined, but the Company succeeded in generating additional revenues and cash flow from delivery of higher-margin services. The company ended the period with $8.8 million of cash and no debt."
