London are set to open in the wake of firmer Wall St stock indices, albeit as Asia's mostly tapered, with the market looking to US durable goods data this afternoon.

On Wall St last night, the Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 0.74% to 18,228.3, the S&P 500 firmed 0.64% to 2159.93 and the Nasdaq Composite gained 0.92% to 5305.71.
In Asia this morning, the Nikkei 225 had fallen 1.42% to 16,446.46, while the Hang Seng lost 0.68% to 23,410.46.
At about 6.05am, WTI crude was up 0.18% to 44.75/bbl, and Brent was up 0.48% to $46.19/bbl. Gold was down 0.11% to $1328.9/oz.
Interim results are due from Public Power Corp, Mysale, RedT Energy, Venn Life Sciences and Volga Gas. Final results are expected from Clinigen. Shareholder meetings are slated for Fulcrum Utility and Zoo Digital.
