   Directorate Changes

As previously noted in the Company's 2016 Annual Report, Entertainment One confirms that the following directors of the Company stepped down from the Board immediately prior to the Company's Annual General and Special Meeting, which was held today:  Bob Allan, Clare Copeland and Gary Girvan.

Allan Leighton, Chairman, commented:

On behalf of eOne's Board and shareholders, I thank Bob, Clare and Gary for the experience and commitment that they have brought to the Company over their many years of service as non-executive directors. They have helped Entertainment One navigate its journey from its original AIM Listing, through its Main Market Listing, and to its step-up to a Premium Listing and its entry into the FTSE 250 UK Index Series. As they step down from the Board, they leave Entertainment One as a company which is now a major global player in the entertainment market and well-positioned to deliver its strategic goals.
