The Notes are admitted to the official list of the Irish Stock Exchange Limited and to trading on its regulated market.

 

Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 28 January 2003 on insider dealing and market manipulation together with Implementing Directive 2003/124/EC (as implemented in Ireland by the Market Abuse (Directive 2003/6/EC) Regulations 2005) requires disclosure of inside information relating to the Notes.

 

Capitalised terms used but not defined in this Notice shall have the meanings given to them in the Prospectus dated 4 April 2007 issued by the Issuer.

 

This notice has been prepared by and issued at the request of the Servicer. The Issuer has not independently verified the information contained in this notice.

 

Principal repayment of the NOS 2 & 3 Portfolio Loan:

Further to the RIS notice published on the 10th August 2016, the Issuer hereby gives notice that Capita Asset Services (London) Limited (formerly Barclays Capital Mortgage Servicing Limited) in its capacity as Servicer and Security Agent has confirmed that the borrower has repaid a principal amount of £25,661,349.00 at the October Interest Payment Date.

 

This has been made up of Property disposal proceeds together with funds held in the rent account and is in line with the payment plan as submitted previously by the Borrower.

 

The outstanding amount of the loan is now £20,277,205.75
