The Class A3c Notes, the Class B1a Notes, the Class B1b Notes, the Class B1c Notes, the Class C1a Notes, the Class C1c Notes, the Class D1a Notes, the Class D1c Notes and the Class E1c Notes are together referred to as the "Notes".

Capitalised terms used but not otherwise defined in this notice shall have the meanings ascribed to them in (a) the Master Definitions Schedule entered into between, amongst others, the Issuer and BNY Corporate Trustee Services Limited (now BNY Mellon Corporate Trustee Services Limited) (the "Trustee") on 31 October 2006 and (b) the Modified Third Amended Joint Chapter 11 Plan of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. and its Affiliated Debtors dated 5 December 2011 [ECF 22973] (the "Plan"). If there is any inconsistency between the Master Definitions Schedule and the Plan, the Master Definitions Schedule shall prevail.

Further to the notices to Noteholders dated 17 October 2014, 11 May 2015, 27 November 2015, 13 May 2016, 1 August 2016 and 7 November 2016, the Issuer wishes to inform Noteholders that it has now received the following amounts from the following Debtors:

1.   USD 26,158.41 from Lehman Brothers Special Financing Inc. representing a distribution of 0.193766  per cent. of the USD 13,500,000 Allowed Claim in respect of the Issuer's Class 4A Claim; and

2.   USD 108,754.11 from Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. representing a distribution of 0.805586 per cent. of the USD 13,500,000 Allowed Claim in respect of the Issuer's Class 9A Claim.

These amounts along with the amounts received in the notices to Noteholders dated 17 October 2014, 11 May 2015, 27 November 2015, 13 May 2016, 1 August 2016 and 7 November 2016 total USD 8,401,859.80 (the "Total Distribution").

The Total Distribution is being held by the Issuer for application towards payment to a suitably rated replacement hedge counterparty for entry into a suitable replacement Hedging Agreement, in accordance with the provisions of the Transaction Documents.
