James Cropper pre-tax profits rose to £5.6m in the 52 weeks to 1 April - up from £3.9m last time.
Revenues rose to £92.4m from £87.9m.
Adjusted profit before tax (excluding IAS 19) rose by 27% to £6.6m and the group said sales were higher in every division with TFP up 14% on last year, and Paper up 3%.
- Diluted earnings per share up 57% to 50.0p (38.1p on prior year)
- Dividend up 27% to 11.8p (9.3p prior year)
Chairman Mark Cropper said: "I feel this year has represented something of a watershed for the group.
"We have built on prior successes and are beginning to deliver a level of potential we have felt possible for so long."
