Spanish telecom Telefonica boosted third-quarter organic revenue by 4% after experiencing double-digital growth in mobile data sales.
Revenue increased to €12.75b amid a 3.3% increase in service revenue and 16.3% jump in mobile data revenue.
Net income for the first nine months of the year increased by 9.6% to €2.44b.
"Third quarter results reflected the solid execution of the main strategic priorities set for the year," chief executive José María Álvarez-Pallete said.
"Transformation remained key and the focus on digitalisation amongst the company's different operating areas has contributed to increase our differentiation."
