Gama Aviation group chief financial officer Kevin Godley has tendered his resignation as a director of the company but will remain with the business until the end of January to ensure an orderly handover.
The group said that an interim CFO would be recruited pending the appointment of a permanent replacement.
Chief executive Marwan Khalek said: 'I am very grateful to Kevin for his exceptional contribution to the business over the last five busy and transformational years.
'During this time Kevin has successfully set up and developed a robust global finance function and team to support the Group's growth.
'The board and I would like to thank Kevin for his tireless efforts during his time with the company and to wish him every success in his future role in the private sector.'
