John Laing Environmental Assets Group Limited has been notified by its investment adviser, John Laing Capital Management, that Chris Holmes would join JLCM in January to take on the role as joint lead adviser to the company.
JLEN said he would work alongside Chris Tanner, who has acted as joint lead adviser to JLEN since its launch in 2014.
It said this followed the transfer within JLCM of David Hardy, which was announced by JLEN on 19 May.
Chris Holmes was formerly of Green Investment Group (part of Macquarie Group), where he was managing director of waste and bioenergy.
JLEN chairman Richard Morse said: 'We are pleased with the appointment of Chris Holmes as joint lead adviser to JLEN.
'Chris brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in the renewables sector, in particular waste and bioenergy.
'The JLEN board is confident that, under the management of both Chris Tanner and Chris Holmes, the company's strong performance will continue and JLEN remains well placed for the next phase of the company's development in 2018 and beyond.'
