Venture Life said it expected to report a 12% increase in full-year revenue and boost its earnings.

Revenue would rise to £16m, helping the group to book Ebitda of more than £1.7m.

However, the company the earnings figure reflected a new accounting standard related to long-term rental agreements. 

'This has had the effect of increasing Ebitda by approximately £0.4m, however, due to a related amortisation charge, it will have minimal effect on the reported profit before tax,' it said.
