The following prospectus dated 9 April 2018 (the Prospectus) has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and is available for viewing:
Quilter plc (Quilter)
£200,000,000 4.478% Fixed Rate Reset Subordinated Notes due 2028 (the Notes)
At the Old Mutual plc annual results announced on 15 March 2018, Quilter announced it had issued the Notes to J.P. Morgan Securities plc and that it intended to finalise a prospectus and obtain a listing for the Notes on the regulated market of the London Stock Exchange plc, with a view to a potential remarketing and secondary placement of the Notes. The Prospectus has been published by Quilter in connection with the listing and the remarketing and secondary placement of the Notes.
