Investment platform provider Nucleus Financial Group said it had signed a long-term agreement with Bravura Solutions that offers it access to the latter's technology. The deal would provide direct access to Bravura's Sonata application, the core system underpinning the Nucleus wrap platform. Access to Sonata had, to date, been provided through an outsourcing agreement with OpenWealth. As part of an amended agreement, OpenWealth would continue to provide Nucleus with certain services, including account servicing and administration. 'The aggregate cost structure of the agreements with Bravura and OpenWealth is consistent with Company's previous arrangements, is expected to be broadly cost neutral to the business and will strengthen the technology foundations,' Nucleus said.
