Builder services group Northern Bear said it was trading ahead of management expectations and expected to post an annual result in line with the previous year's results. 'Since publication of the interim report in November, the company and its subsidiaries have continued to trade well,' the company said in a trading update for its financial year through March. 'Based on management information for the ten months to January 2019, the group has traded ahead of management expectations and in line with the outstanding prior year results.' 'While the final two months of the financial year is a key trading period for the group, the board's current expectation is that operating profit will be broadly in line with the prior year.'
