Residential property services group LSL Property Services said revenue slipped in the year to date, owing to the closure of branches and subdued market activity. For the 10 months ended 31 October, revenue decreased by 3% on-year to £262.8m. Revenue, however, rose 5%, when excluding the impact of the reshaping of the Your Move and Reeds Rains branch networks. Estate agency revenue was down by 19%, the financial services division grew organic revenue by 2% and the surveying division saw revenue up by 18%, for the four months ended 31 October. 'The board remains confident that the group will deliver a full year 2019 group underlying operating profit in line with its prior expectations,' LSL Property Services said.
