Constructive Discussions with Ghanaian Ministry

The directors of Petrel Resources plc (AIM: PET) are pleased to report that discussions have taken place in recent days relating to the Tano 2A onshore offshore block in Ghana.  These discussions were positive and constructive, and will be continued.
