Fresnillo plc - Annual Financial Report and AGM Notice


In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, Fresnillo plc (the "Company") has submitted a copy of each of the following documents to the National Storage Mechanism, which will shortly be available for inspection at :

* Annual Report & Accounts, 2018.

* Notice of the 2019 Annual General Meeting.

* Form of Proxy for the 2019 Annual General Meeting.

As required by DTR 6.3.5 (3), the Company confirms that copies of the Annual Report and Circular including the Notice of Annual General Meeting are available on the Company's website
