SHAREHOLDER ENGAGEMENT

In line with its commitment, set out in the announcement of the results of the Annual General Meeting on 26 November 2020, the Board has begun to engage with shareholders on their views following the failure to carry, in particular, the resolution to adopt the proposed revised Investment Policy. Following initial discussions with Glenstone Property PLC ("Glenstone"), which holds 14.73% of the Company's issued share capital following the recent Tender Offer, the Board and its adviser are in further communication with Glenstone in relation to its request for representation on the Board.

 

Any shareholders wishing to share their views with the Board should contact the Company's Corporate Broker in the first instance.
