Change of name
THG plc ("THG"), the global technology platform specialising in taking brands direct to consumers, announces that it has changed its name to THG plc from THG Holdings plc.
The change of name application was accepted by Companies House and all relevant corporate regulatory procedures have been completed. THG's trading symbol, ISIN, SEDOL will remain the same. Existing share certificates will remain valid and shareholders need take no action in connection with the name change.
