Replacement announcement - Director Dealings
Surface Transforms (AIM: SCE), announced that on 8 January 2021, the Company received notification from Kevin D'Silva, non-executive director of the Company, that he is beneficially interested in 1,260,315 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), equivalent to 0.81% of the Company's total issued share capital.
On 1 June 2020, the Company issued an RNS entitled "Director Dealings" (RNS number: 4468O) which disclosed Kevin D'Silva's beneficial interest as being 1,283,141 Ordinary Shares. This was incorrect; his beneficial interest should have been disclosed as being 1,260,315 Ordinary Shares.
