The Board is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting held today, the resolution as detailed below was duly passed by shareholders on a poll. The voting figures are shown below:

| That the Company adopts the proposed changes to its investment policy, as set out in the circular to shareholders dated 30 November 2020.

Any proxy votes which are at the discretion of the Chairman have been included in the "for" total. A vote withheld is not a vote in law and is not counted in the calculations of votes cast.
At the date of the General Meeting, the total number of Ordinary shares of 1p each in issue was 88,257,211 - with 275,000 shares held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights was 87,982,211.
The final voting figures will shortly also be available on the Company's website at www.oitplc.com
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.2, the full text of the resolution passed has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism together with the Notice of General Meeting on 30 November 2020 and is available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism . The resolution will additionally be filed at Companies House.
