Sale of GBG Marketing Services
GBG, the identity data intelligence specialist, is pleased to announce that it has sold its Marketing Services division to HH Global Interactive Limited ("HH Interactive"), a subsidiary of HH Global Group Limited ("HH Global").
This sale supports GBG's strategic focus on its core global capabilities in Location Intelligence, Identity Verification and Fraud Prevention. As a consequence of this strategic focus revenues from Marketing Services have declined in recent years and in FY20 accounted for approximately 2% of Group revenues.
HH Interactive provides a comprehensive suite of marketing services and this transaction will allow GBG's customers to benefit from a broader range of technology and services now required by marketing departments.
