Appointment of New Senior Independent Non-Executive Director

 

Quixant (AIM: QXT), a leading provider of innovative, highly engineered technology products principally for the global gaming and broadcast industries, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Francis Small to the Board as Senior Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from Friday 15th January 2021.

 

In his 36-year executive career at Ernst & Young, Francis undertook a variety of international roles including serving on the E&Y Global Board, leading the UK Corporate Finance business and operating as Managing Partner of European Transaction Advisory Services. 

 

After departing E&Y in 2015 to pursue a portfolio career, Francis currently serves as a non-executive director on the board of AIM-listed software business 1Spatial plc, as Chair of government-backed investment company British Business Investments, and as Chair of the Board of Governors of Kingston University.

 

Francis is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.
