Following the exit of the United Kingdom from the European Union and the end of the transition period, DS Smith Plc (the Company) hereby announces that the EU Home Member State of the Company for the purposes of the EU Transparency Directive (Directive 2004/109/EC, as amended) will be Luxembourg, where the Company's bonds are listed.
The Company's status, as a UK publicly listed company with its shares traded on the London Stock Exchange and headquartered in London, remains the same.
