This announcement replaces RNS 5254M announced at 17.15 on the 21st of January 2021. The correction made is to the number of shares in issue following the transaction. The correct details are below.
The Company has today purchased 50,000 ordinary shares for cancellation at 672.00 pence per share.
Following the transaction the number of ordinary shares in issue is 43,115,425.
The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. Any shares held in Treasury would only be re-issued at a premium to net asset value.
