Issue of Equity
Arcontech (AIM: ARC), the provider of products and services for real-time financial market data processing and trading, announces that it has applied to the London Stock Exchange for 37,301 ordinary shares of £0.125 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). The new Ordinary Shares are being issued subsequent to an exercise of options over Ordinary Shares by a former employee of the Company.
It is expected that Admission will become effective and trading will commence in the new Ordinary Shares at 8.00 a.m. on 26 January 2021. On Admission the Company's issued share capital will comprise 13,327,811 Ordinary Shares, of which none are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rights will be 13,327,811. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
