EXECUTIVE LTIP - PDMR DEALINGS
Keywords Studios, the international technical services provider to the global video games industry, today announces that, under the terms of the Company's long term incentive plan ("LTIP"), the following awards were granted on 29 January 2021.

Vesting of the above LTIPs are subject to the achievement of performance conditions based on the Company's Total Shareholder Return ("TSR") versus the FTSE Small Cap Index ("Index") over the 3 year performance period. Threshold vesting (10% of the award) will vest for TSR in line with the Index and full vesting will be earned for exceeding the Index TSR by 20% over the performance period.
