Learning Technologies Group plc ("LTG" or the "Company"), the provider of services and technologies for digital learning and talent management, confirms that all conditions relating to the acquisition of Reflektive Inc have been satisfied and that the transaction has now completed, further to the announcement of the proposed acquisition on 20 January 2021.
