Appointment of Group Chief Financial Officer - Effective Date
Virgin Money UK announced on 17 November 2020 that it had appointed Clifford Abrahams as Executive Director and Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO), subject to regulatory approval.
The Company is pleased to confirm that regulatory approval has been received and that the effective date of Clifford's appointment to the Board and as CFO will be 8 March 2021.
